To make sure that your Video Slide Show looks great, here are a few suggestions:
- The right song makes all the difference. Choose songs that the subject will enjoy and
in my experience, upbeat songs are a better choice (for most occasions). Please veiw our
list of Suggested Songs.
- If you would like a particular song to accompany a group of photos, then group the photos
together. Please number the photos (on the back with sticky) or group them together
in an envelope. For example, if you have three groups of photos with three songs, then
number the first group as A1, A2, A3, etc. The second group as B1, B2, B3, etc.
And final group as C1, C2, C3.
- As soon as you receive the Tribute DVD, make sure it plays on the DVD player that you
will be using during the event. This is important because there are two types of recordable
DVD's: '-R' and '+R'. We create Tribute DVD's using the '-R' format, as it is more common
than '+R'. However, not all DVD players play the '-R' format.
- If the DVD player is on a table, make sure that no one is sitting next to the table.
The slightest bump to the table could cause the DVD skip and some of the pictures may
not appear on the screen. The DVD will not be damaged however.
- You will need to arrange to have a DVD player and TV available for viewing of the
DVD. If a large number of people will be attending the event, we recommend that
you use a projector.
- Finally, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail me with any questions/concerns.
